1. SHIPPING: We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), Parcel Post to the U.S. and Canada. Various promotions may utilize the shipping services of UPS for larger sized orders. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on postage. Charges are based on distance, size and weight of package(s). The USPS and UPS delivers to every address in the United States, including military addresses. Deliveries on Saturday and to residential addresses are accommodated at no extra cost. In certain cases, Tender Tranquility retains the right to use the shipping vendor of their choice.

2. RETURNS: Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Creams and body butters may become slightly loosened or watery due to warmer seasonal temperatures, but will not be considered damaged or returnable. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify us at 908-520-0106 or at shopping@tendertranquility.com. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
